NEPA Documents
At the MDA, we recognize that the work we do can have an impact on the environment, so we actively strive to limit any effects on the environment. It is our environmental policy to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and implementing regulations.
The NEPA process consists of an evaluation of the environmental effects of a proposed federal action including its alternatives. The NEPA process enables us to make informed decisions about the consequences of our projects, to inform the public about our findings, and to take appropriate actions. Learn more about the NEPA process and how MDA implements NEPA.
